JE: The desire to be combine exciting new technologies with creative marketing strategies.
NTS: What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned in business that’s worth passing on to others?
JE: Be straight and honest in your interactions. Don’t step over the hard truths.

NTS: Can you provide one no-fail tip in establishing client/customer loyalty?
JE: Get up each morning and do your job as you promised the customer you would.

JE: 7 years

JR: Develop and document systems for managing internal work-flow and customer relationships.

NTS: Can you provide one no-fail tip in establishing client/customer loyalty?
JR: Treat clients with the love and respect they deserve by promptly answering phone calls and emails.
NTS: How long have you hosted with Newtek/CrystalTech?
JR: Since 2001. My former employer set up some dedicated servers through CrystalTech.
